Brothers Brian and Scott Rudolph started Banza in 2014 to reinvent our favorite comfort foods using the humble chickpea—a legume that’s traditionally underrepresented in the America diet, despite it being great for our health and for the environment. Banza transforms chickpeas and other legumes into better versions of the foods we know and love, like pasta, mac and cheese, and rice—with more to come! Along the way, they’ve brought millions of people together around the table to share more healthful, sustainable comfort foods.
