Just three of the flavors you’ll find in Salt & Straw’s eclectic lineup of artisanal ice cream—and just a few reasons why we’re proud to have Salt & Straw as part of our family. Cousins and co-founders, Kim Malek and Tyler Malek, had dreamed of opening an ice cream shop since 1996. Before long, Kim rolled out Salt & Straw’s custom push cart with Tyler as head ice cream maker. In just three months’ time, they opened their first brick-and-mortar shop and the rest is honey lavender-flavored history.
