Claire Zucker

As Chief of Staff at Enlightened Hospitality Investments, Claire supports the team with day-to-day operations and broader strategic initiatives. Prior to joining EHI, Claire worked in restaurants in St. Louis, Melbourne, and New York, most recently as a Maître D’ at Eleven Madison Park. Before entering the hospitality industry, she earned a master’s in social work from Washington University in St. Louis, where she also completed her bachelor’s degree with honors. Claire currently serves on the Junior Board for the Food Education Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting culinary-focused public high school students in New York City.
